Site location: Land title deed No. 710, Lumpini Subdistrict, Pathumwan District, Bangkok, Approximately 4 rai 1 ngan of land, leased from the Crown Property Bureau, The land is leased to the Project owner for a period of 30 years. Ownership of the building will belong to the Project owner throughout the lease term, without any other encumbrances. This Project has received both the approval of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report from the Office of Natural Resources and Environment as per letter number Tor Sor 1009.5/5792 dated 21 May 2013 and a construction permit from the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration.
